The maintainer of this pavilion has decided to stop updating the information here primarily for the reason that the Internet 1996 World Exposition has been put to an end.
Conceptual idea and the code in making this pavilion have been offered to the telecommunications regulatory body in Thailand as a tool to ensuring quality of service for all domestic ISPs. Although it is unlikely that the telecom regulatory body would allow public access to the new page, the maintainer feels relieved that the body is taking a serious look at quality of service; this will benefit Internet users in Thailand as a whole.
The maintainer wishes to thank for all frequent visitors who consistently provided moral supports and topology updates throughout the life of this pavilion. The same appreciation goes to all critiques from various network administrators who challenged the integrity of measurement techniques.
